Methods of Payment
| We offer the following payment options: |
1. Cash in advance via bank transfer
| The ordered goods will be dispatched on the same day that payment is received. |
2. Cash on delivery
| If an order is placed Monday - Thursday before 2pm or on a Friday before 10am, the goods will be dispatched on the same day. An additional EUR 3.60 cash-on-delivery fee + a EUR 2.00 handling fee for DHL are charged (only applies to shipments to Germany). |
3. PayPal
| The ordered goods will be dispatched as soon as your payment has been released by PayPal. What is PayPal? |
4. Direct debit
| If an order is placed Monday - Thursday before 2pm or on a Friday before 10am, the goods will be dispatched on the same day (payment by direct debit is only possible for customers in Germany). |
5. Credit card payment (Saferpay)
| If an order is placed Monday - Thursday before 2pm or on a Friday before 10am, the goods will be dispatched on the same day. |
