Data Protection Declaration
We take the protection of the personal details of our customers and people who are interested in our offers very seriously. Here we outline how we handle personal data.

In essence, personal data is collected on or through the operation of our website only when it is necessary for technical reasons. Personal data is understood to mean personal information, such as a person?s name and address, and user data (e.g. password and IP address).
Data that is given by customers in conjunction with orders at our online shop, in particular invoice and delivery addresses and other data necessary to process the order, is required to establish, carry out and complete contracts and for the purposes of future customer service and customer care and is processed and used by us in this respect. We use the information for handling orders, delivering goods, providing services and processing payment. Beyond this, no personal data is transferred to third parties; in particular data shall not, under any circumstances, be sold or transferred to third parties for any other reason. When a customer account is opened, personal information and user data given shall be stored separately. This means that a customer can, in future, log in using the specified email address and password without having to enter individual details again. Insofar as third parties are contracted to fulfil certain tasks (for instance the shipment of goods and parcels or the processing of payments), personal information needed to fulfil these tasks shall be made available to these third parties. This data shall not be used for other purposes; furthermore they shall be obliged to treat information received in accordance with this Data Protection Declaration and German data protection laws.

The email address collected with an order shall not automatically be processed and used for marketing activities, for example for the sending of information for advertising purposes via email (newsletters). However, customers have the option of subscribing to the offered newsletter.

In order to explain how the protection of data is guaranteed and which data is collected for which purposes, we shall outline our data processing procedure in detail. As part of the inevitable generation of server statistics, data that is transmitted by an individual user?s browser (server logfiles) are automatically stored. However, this data cannot generally be associated with a particular person. Stored data is not combined with other data sources. Specifically this stored data is as follows:
- Browser type/version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL (source URL)
- IP address of the accessing computer
- Time of server request
- HTML pages visited
If the user is logged in, the date, time and particular login identification shall also be stored.

Long-term cookies are set as part of the (virtual) shopping basket. In addition, the user name and password of the user shall be stored by the browser session until such time that the customer account is deleted. The user therefore consents that user data is collected, processed and used by means of cookies in order to allow the management of activities within the online shop. The primary function of cookies is to make it easier to log in and to display previously viewed products and an overview of multiple items within the (virtual) basket. Data in your basket is stored until your customer account is deleted or until you complete the purchase.

When your data is transmitted, it is encrypted by the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). We take technical and organisational measures to secure our website and other systems against the loss, destruction, access, alteration or dissemination of data by unauthorised persons. A customer account may only be accessed by entering the personal password. Access information shall be treated as confidential.
6.
You have a right to a free-of-charge disclosure of the stored data and, if necessary, a right to the correction, blocking or deletion of this data. We are able to provide a disclosure of the personal data we have stored within the scope already described - principally the information provided by customers in relation to orders. Consent given for the processing of personal data can be revoked at any time with future effect by contacting the address below or by email.
